Refunds and Late Fees
If you sign up for one of our public classes, it is expected that you will fulfill this commitment and attend. We hire instructors and bring a certain amount of equipment based on the expected registration.
Please check the time and location carefully. If you miss the class because you went at the wrong time or to the wrong place, this would be considered a ‘no show,’ for which there are no refunds.
If you contact us to cancel up until 24 hours before the class start time, a full refund will be given. If you have to cancel within 24 hours of the class start time, no refund will be given (we sometimes make exceptions if you had a true emergency or sudden illness). However you may attend one of our other classes instead at no additional charge. (If a certificate was already typed for you, a $5 charge for a new card may apply).
If you contract us to conduct a group training at your facility, you will be provided with an invoice for fees. The fee is typically due within 14-21 days of receipt, which will be specified on the invoice. Late payments present us with difficulties in meeting our own financial obligations. For any payments that are not paid in full 60 days from due date, a late fee of $25 will be added to the original amount. Subsequent late fees of $25 will be added for every month after that, until payment is made in full.
