Refund Policy 

If you sign up for one of our public classes, it is expected that you will fulfill this commitment and attend.  We hire instructors and bring a certain amount of equipment based on the expected registration.

Please check the time and location carefully.  If you miss the class because you went at the wrong time or to the wrong place, this would be considered a ‘no show,’ for which there are no refunds.

If you contact us to cancel up until 24 hours before the class start time, a full refund will be given.  If you have to cancel within 24 hours of the class start time, no refund will be given (we sometimes make exceptions if you had a true emergency or sudden illness).   However you may attend one of our other classes instead at no additional charge.  (Exception: If a certificate was already typed for you, a $5 charge for a new card may apply).
